Anyone recovering from surgery or illness who requires medical care or illness who requires medical care or assistance in learning to live with their new diagnosis. 

WHAT WILL INSURANCE COVER?

Your insurance may provide complete or partial payment. Priority Home Health will explain your coverage and will bill your insurance directly.
Our agency provides a variety of services to help you recover and regain your independence. Part of that goal is to help you learn about your disease process, medication, potential complications and the importance of you being involved in your own health care.

UPON REFERRAL TO OUR AGENCY

Priority Home Health works closely with family members, hospitals, physicians and other members of the medical team to develop the home care plan that will best meet the needs of the patient. You, your family, and our staff will work together for a common goal: The best care possible in your home.
